Vikki Bolam

Executive Coach, NED, Business Psychologist

Vikki Bolam is a senior business leader, business psychologist, experienced coach and mentor, and non-executive director, focused on propelling positive transition.

During her 30 years of international business experience, including over 15 years in senior global leadership roles, Vikki has garnered an unusually broad business experience which supports a holistic approach to transition. Her roles have included CEO (business turnaround), HR, Sales and Marketing, Brand Development, Creating Shared Value, and R&D. Vikki has led successful transition initiatives across a wide spectrum from large multinational organisations, to social enterprise start-ups.

As a coach, mentor, adviser and facilitator working across industries and seniority levels, Vikki combines her organisational psychology and business background to address both the personal and systemic barriers which can limit individual and organisational success. She has developed the ACT model: a strong solutions-focused approach designed for lasting performance enhancement and based on three core components – Aspiration, Clarity and Tenacity. This can be applied to individuals, teams, groups and organisation-wide performance-enhancement programs.

Vikki is an expert in Japanese business and culture, and a fluent Japanese speaker. She holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the University of London, is certified in a range of effective culture change and psychometric tools, and is a qualified Kepner-Tregoe rational process trainer. Vikki is an accredited European Mentoring and Coaching Council coach and mentor, sits on the board of two social enterprises, Clean Team Ghana and WASE Limited, a long-term executive adviser to HappyTap Limited, and a mentor for the Career Ready program.
