Kathy Pavid is Principal Consultant and Executive Coach, and is Director of the CoachAdviser Coaching Network, specialising in leadership and management development, high performing teams and culture change. Kathy’s clients span a broad range of industries, and she has coached hundreds of professionals on both a one-to-one and team basis. Kathy serves as a trusted advisor to her clients, with her own proven track record of management excellence and building high performing virtual teams.
In addition to coaching, Kathy works with clients to design and facilitate team development workshops incorporating the collective strengths and dynamics, to empower leaders and teams to achieve peak performance. She applies psychological profiling to drive performance and engagement across organisations and is certified in the use of Strengthscope® profiling systems.
With a background in management development and HR, Kathy also advises clients on policy, recruitment interviews, integrating returners, onboarding, team and departmental restructuring, effective meeting structures, professional development planning, to KPIs, appraisals and performance management, time management and effectiveness, and difficult conversations. Kathy was previously Head of Retail with over a decade of experience in luxury fashion. She was responsible for driving the expansion of the business across the UK. Kathy established and managed client relationships with Harrods, Selfridges, House of Fraser and Harvey Nichols.
Kathy is accredited in Coaching and Mentoring at Practitioner Level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, heads up the CoachAdviser Women in Leadership offering and coaches global leaders on the Achieving Leadership Excellence Programme at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
