Chris Neighbour is a Business Psychologist and Learning and Development specialist, with 25 years’ experience of designing and delivering a diverse range of learning interventions, managing and implementing strategic change initiatives, and facilitating and coaching senior leaders and teams across a wide range of industries.
Chris has worked in numerous countries and regions and spent a decade in a global learning and development role at HSBC. Whilst at HSBC, he held responsibility for, and was head of the global customer solution centre, which involved designing and developing a suite of learning interventions for multiple business groups within HSBC, designed to provide a consistent approach to HSBC’s customer experience world-wide.
Chris also led a global team within HSBC to design and deliver leadership programmes, centred on Charan’s Leadership Pipeline model, which were delivered in multiple business areas and geographies.
More recently, Chris’s clients include the UAE Prime Minister’s Office, Coca Cola, the Dubai Government for Human Resources (DGHR), British Airways, Teach First, Olayan Finance Group, Qatar Petroleum, the Qatar Leadership Centre, Etisalat Telecom, EQUATE Petrochemical, Motorola Solutions, Kahramaa, Deutsche Telekom, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (UAE), and Stratasys.
He is qualified in the use of the FIRO-B, and Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode (TKI) psychometric instruments and is a Master Business Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He also holds the Level 4 DipFA, FPC and CeMAP Financial Services qualifications.
Chris holds a BSc, in psychology from the University of West of England, and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. He has been published by the British Psychological Society and the British Journal of Psychopharmacology and is a guest lecturer at the London School of Economics (LSE) and the University of the West of England.
