Tom has over 30 years of finance leadership experience at multinational media and consumer goods companies, most recently as CFO at Warner Bros. He has been championing coaching in the workplace since 2000, helping those new to leadership through to senior executives and leadership teams. Tom led the finance talent development programme globally at Warner Bros for several years and was responsible for international finance organisational design.
Tom’s business career spans over 30 years in global consumer goods and media companies including Unilever, Diageo, and Warner Bros. He has held a variety of board-level finance roles both in the UK and overseas, most recently as CFO for Warner Bros UK. He has experience of product marketing, M&A, information technology and general management.
Tom has deep experience in leadership, change and strategy. He excels in supporting clients facing the demands of multiple stakeholders in fast-paced businesses, increasing their impact and bringing clarity. He is also at the forefront of team coaching, advocating a systems-based approach to developing high performing teams with a common purpose and direction.
Tom is a Mastered graduate of the Meyler Campbell School of Executive Coaching and holds a professional certificate in Team, Board and Systemic Coaching from Henley Business School. He is a certified practitioner of the Lumina Spark personality tool and an accredited coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
