Tia Aitken

Tia is a Business Executive with over 16 years’ global experience in business operations, events, and project management. At CoachAdviser, Tia is responsible for the oversight of business operations and takes a lead role in driving strategic initiatives.

Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and building strong relationships, Tia has a creative and solutions-orientated approach to driving growth, profitability, and business efficiencies. Her areas of expertise include strategy development and execution, business administration, project management, logistics, contract negotiations, budgeting, event marketing and people management.

Known for her strategic, analytical, and client-focused approach, Tia applies her proven end-to-end project management skills to a wide range of internal and external projects at CoachAdviser. Tia’s experience spans a wide range of industries, including consulting, FMCG, charity and research. With a background in events, project management and marketing, she has overseen and co-ordinated the delivery of events and management of large-scale conferences (10,000+ attendees) at significant venues including at London’s O2 and Wembley Arena.

Tia studied MBA Essentials, Business Administration and Management at the London School of Economics (2020) and has a Diploma from The Institute of Commercial Management (2007).
