She has an MSc in Organisational Change from Hult-Ashridge and is trained in leading edge approaches such as Appreciative Inquiry, Gestalt in Organisations, Dialogue, Clean Language and Clean Space. She also works with Strengthscope and Whole Brain Thinking assessments.
