Silvia Pinciroli is an executive coach and HR adviser, drawing on expertise from over 20 years’ experience as a Human Resources and Organisation Director in multinational companies such as Prada and Pirelli Group. She works with companies across the business spectrum from health (big pharma and biotech) to financial services, from electronic design to assurance, from energy renewables to mechanical production.
Silvia’s own background in senior leadership roles in different industries enables her to work with clients to strengthen their leadership, influence and impact both inside and outside the company. She has accompanied clients – from new through to senior leaders – in achieving their personal and company goals. Silvia is particularly driven to help leaders create “living organism” teams with their own clear purpose, emotional life and creative expression.
Silvia is certified in various profiling tools, including Hogan and DiSC, and is regularly involved in profiling projects across various organisational populations (from C-level to talent/high potential people).
For many years, Silvia has been a member of the Community of Living Ethics (CLE), a centre of Psychosynthesis in Italy, specialised in study, research and learning on personal and transpersonal psychology. She is part of the Science of Group Work project, an international team focused on research, development and experimentation of group work, keen to raise awareness about group work and group consciousness and its positive impact on business evolution as well as on human development.
Silvia is accredited in Coaching and Mentoring at Senior Practitioner level and in Team Coaching at Foundation level by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and she is accredited as a Professional Counsellor.
She is fluent in Italian and English.
