Salim Hakeem

Salim Hakeem is a leadership and executive coach with 25 years’ experience in the corporate world in both multinational corporations and renowned businesses in Saudi Arabia. His leadership roles, including C-Suite, were mainly in operations management across five different industry sectors where he managed to turn around businesses through his lean management expertise and team spirit capabilities.

Empowering leaders to explore their empowerment is the foundation for Salim’s coaching approach, working with leaders in Saudi Arabia, Levant and beyond. He helps leaders to explore their inner strengths and empower their potential, enabling them to overcome challenges in areas such as leadership transformation, team development, performance efficacy, leadership skills, communication mastery, goal setting and innovative thinking.

As a leadership development and coaching professional, Salim has created leadership success stories for C-level corporate and government leaders, as well as coaching coaches in his capacity as authorised trainer for ICF accreditation and coach mentoring programs. With more than 2,500 hours’ experience in coaching and leadership training for both private and government entities, Salim has been described as ‘easy to connect with’ and ‘a masterful communicator’.

In addition to his wide coaching experience, Salim is a published writer and lecturer at the Arab Open University (Faculty of Business Studies), with a PhD in Business Management.
