Ronald Wong

Ronald Wong is an executive coach, accredited with the International Coaching Federation. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from Australia, where he began his career in the professional services industry before moving into banking.

Based in Hong Kong, Ronald specialises in leadership and presence, supporting his clients as they develop more effective teamwork, navigate change and develop inclusive practices. Especially interested in mindset, teams and systems, decision-making and in behavioural finance and investing, Ronald brings to his clients a high degree of insight and supportive challenge. His background in financial services has equipped him with the resilience and stamina to support senior executives facing unprecedented change.

Coaching and facilitation client sectors include art, asset management, investment banking, legal, the pharmaceutical industry, life science technology, financial services, creative agencies, branded lifestyle apparel, technology consulting services, food packaging and processing, property investment, consulting and the higher education sector.

Ronald is a past Board Member of Heep Hong Society, a leading children’s charity in Hong Kong. He has volunteered at various other non-profits including WiFA (Women in Finance Asia) and ICF Hong Kong and has been a mentor at Hong Kong University.
