With over 15 years’ experience in global, fast-paced matrixed diverse environments, leading global L&D and DEI functions, devising, executing, and applying DEI strategy, framework, policies, workflows, and operating models, Nurit’s eyes are always on quantifying benefits both commercially and culturally.
Nurit is adapt in seeing global strategy applied with regional nuance that nurtures and navigates country specific cultural norms. She is experienced in driving strategy top down but able to identify and navigate bottom up executional and alignment challenges.
Nurit firmly believe that DEI needs to be led top down but can be driven from any verticality and bring stakeholders, leaders, and teams with her on the DEI journey, while leading through collaboration towards systemic accountability at all levels of the company.
Nurit has an MBA in Marketing and Finance, a diploma as a Certified Life & Business Coach, and is a Certified Cultural Orientation Account Practitioner. She is also accredited in Professional Learning and Performance.
With a deep personal passion for inclusion, driven by her own and her family’s experiences of exclusion, she is excited by the opportunities created when diverse contributors are empowered and given a platform to be their best selves. DEI is not just a job for Nurit, it’s part of who she is.
