He aims to provide a secure, structured and safe coaching experience to allow this to happen. In recent years, Niall has specialised in working with managers and teams as they develop remote and blended ways of working and is passionate about the need for personal resilience, meaningful connections and clear communication in this new way of working and managing. Niall challenges his clients to become ‘comfortable with uncomfortable’ situations and focuses on personal effectiveness, giving effective feedback, having challenging conversations and managing boundaries when remote working.
