
Natalie Thwaites
Natalie Thwaites is an executive coach with extensive experience working across a wide range of industries as a brand and research consultant. She has 10 years’ experience working with private equity funds, conducting commercial due diligence for investments, and working with the founders of consumer brands to help them develop their proposition, led by customer and market insight.
Natalie uses her commercial experience to support her coaching of mid-career through to board-level clients, working with them to achieve individual and organisational goals. She has a strong interest in working with private equity professionals and founder-led businesses.
Natalie has a First Class degree in Retail Marketing, a Diploma from the Institute of Marketing and is accredited in Coaching and Mentoring with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She is also certified in the use of Strengthscope® profiling systems.
Prior to working in private equity, Natalie worked in public policy research, leading and facilitating large scale consumer workshops to inform policy. She also ran a year-long project working with the Department of Education to help transform the experience of work experience for young adults in the UK.
