Natalie Smith

Natalie is a Client Director, Senior Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach at CoachAdviser. She coaches senior leaders across investment, asset management, financial services and professional services firms, including directors, managing directors and partners operating in high-pressure, high-performance environments where influence, credibility and leadership presence matter.​

Her work focuses on supporting leaders as they take on broader leadership responsibility and navigate the shift from technical or transactional expertise towards leading through influence, communication and stakeholder engagement. She has extensive experience coaching partners and senior professionals within legal and advisory firms, helping them strengthen executive presence, build confidence at senior level, navigate organisational complexity and sustain performance in demanding environments.​

Alongside her executive coaching, Natalie designs and delivers leadership development programmes as faculty lead at CoachAdviser, specialising in leadership and management development, high-performing teams and organisational culture. She also coaches on Executive Education programmes at the London School of Economics and Political Science, including the Achieving Leadership Excellence and Women in Leadership programmes. In 2025, she delivered a keynote at the IBA Law Firm Management Committee Academy for Leaders.​

As a Senior Practitioner Executive Coach and Systemic Team Coach accredited with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, Natalie brings both deep one to one coaching experience and an understanding of how leadership effectiveness is shaped by team dynamics, organisational culture and wider business context.​

Her coaching provides a confidential space for leaders to think clearly, strengthen confidence and develop the leadership skills needed to progress into more senior roles, particularly in areas such as executive presence, influencing, communication and leading others effectively through change and pressure.​
