Natalie Braithwaite is a Programme Director, Leadership Team Facilitator and Executive Coach at CoachAdviser. She is a coach and facilitator on Executive Education programmes at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and is an accredited Senior Practitioner Coach and Mentor with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Natalie has designed and delivered leadership development and coaching programmes for global clients across a wide range of industries, including American Express, Aviva, Barclays, BMW, BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, Gallagher, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Macquarie Bank, MHC, National Grid, Natixis and Nomura.

Her specialist areas include executive presence and gravitas, influence, collaboration and engagement. She works with coaching clients on both a one-to-one and team basis. In addition to her work in leadership development, Natalie is a Programme Director and faculty member on our Executive Coach-Adviser course, equipping senior professionals with the skills and confidence to effectively coach and mentor others.
