Melissa Woodbridge

Melissa Woodbridge is an experienced executive trainer, with many years’ experience facilitating communications and leadership development for clients at all levels of seniority in corporate, government and social impact sectors.

Over the last decade, Melissa has run workshops on influencing, personal presence and storytelling for graduates through to Leadership Teams. After reading English Literature and Language, Melissa went to Manchester Business School and worked in Executive Search, helping people rise up their career ladders. She is also a trained, professional actor with 20 years of acting experience across theatre, voiceover and advertising. She uses this background to give clients the tools and techniques to manage themselves with confidence, and to communicate with impact and warmth.

Maya Angelou said “I’ve learned people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”. Melissa believes this is a useful idea to explore when looking at how to make the speaker more comfortable and the audience more engaged.
