Marianne Fuller is an executive coach and professional development specialist. She began her career in business development, driving organisational growth and executing strategic plans for companies ranging from start-ups to established professional services firms. Her passion for people development led her to transition into learning and development, working with talent at all career stages.

As her career progressed, Marianne became increasingly focused on guiding professionals through key transitions. She trained as an executive coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching and later served as an internal coach at a leading London law firm, helping individuals unlock their leadership potential, navigate organisational change and manage career shifts.

Marianne works with experienced professionals seeking leadership development and entrepreneurs facing the challenges of business growth and strategic planning. Her coaching focuses on enhancing personal growth, navigating career transitions and building executive presence. She also supports clients with strengthening emotional intelligence and confidently tackling new challenges.

Certified by the EMCC, International Coaching Federation and Hogan Assessments, Marianne holds an undergraduate degree from Loughborough University.
