Manuela Lanza

Manuela Lanza has worked with some of the world’s most prestigious media outlets including CNN, Thomson Reuters and Al Jazeera English. She was as born in Italy and raised in Spain, is fluent in five languages and has over 20 years’ international experience. With a double degree in translation and journalism, and a Master’s in International Journalism from City University in London. Her career as an international journalist has taken her around the globe. She connects with diverse audiences through a deeply multicultural lens.

Manuela launched her coaching and communication training business in September 2020, and has since worked with universities, municipalities, global companies and mission-driven leaders, sharing a new model of leadership based on human connection, authenticity and effective communication. She aligns her professional expertise with her deeper purpose: empowering leaders to amplify their impact through their voice. As a trainer, coach and keynote speaker, Manuela helps leaders master public speaking, strengthen relational intelligence and optimise team communication, health and performance.

Manuela has appeared on national Spanish television (RTVE) in the show Vuelvo a Empezar, as well as on Empezar TV, the Andalusian entrepreneurship network. She has led public speaking and leadership training for corporations, thought leaders, universities, local governments and international teams in the art of effective communication and human leadership.

In December 2024, Manuela delivered her first TEDx Talk in Lisbon, where she shared her message of transformation, resilience and reclaiming personal power through the voice. A leading voice in human-centered leadership and communication, Manuela guides individuals and teams to lead with more presence, connection and purpose.
