Lucy Botello

Lucy Botello is an ICF-certified executive coach with over 3,500 hours of one-on-one and group coaching experience. Her work over the past 15 years has enabled high-potentials and leaders at all levels to increase their influence and better engage their teams. Lucy has had the opportunity to work with clients from a wide variety of industries, cultures and backgrounds, all with different drivers, supporting them as they move toward their goals.

Prior to certifying as a coach, Lucy gained almost 25 years of corporate experience working in commercial, marketing and sales for four of the Fortune 500 multinational companies. Through working in challenging environments, she learned the importance of effective communication to build trust, generate accountability and create high-performing teams to achieve the desired results.

Lucy’s commitment, enthusiasm and motivation are the main tools with which she supports her clients, enabling them to enhance broader leadership competencies and communication skills. She helps teams improve their performance by building trust, accountability and commitment to achieve results through a collaborative, inclusive and psychologically safe environment. Lucy comes alongside her clients, offering support throughout their journey toward becoming a more effective leader.

She is certified in a variety of assessments including HOGAN, EQ 2.0, DiSC, MRG LEA360, and MRG IDI.
