She is passionate about professional development, leadership and personal growth and her approach to her work is people-focused and results-oriented.

Lisa holds the PCC coaching certification by ICF and has over 15 years of training and facilitation experience. In addition to her undergraduate studies at the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University with minors in International Business and Spanish, Lisa obtained her MBA at IE Business School in 2005 and an Executive Master in Positive Leadership, Strategy and Transformation in 2019. Some of her areas of particular teaching expertise include leadership and communication, emotional intelligence and awareness, team dynamics and collaboration, training and learning facilitation.

Lisa has an ability to adapt expertly to diverse, fast-paced environments and to multiple stakeholders. She thinks flexibly and critically with a view to always keeping client needs and people at the forefront. Lisa has lived and worked in the US, Germany and Spain, and her career has evolved within an international and multicultural setting. She is a native of California and fluent in Castilian Spanish.
