Laura Bicondoa

Laura Bicondoa is a Master Certified Coach (ICF) and organisational consultant specialising in executive coaching, leadership development and cultural transformation. A medical doctor by training, Laura integrates systemic and behavioural approaches to help leaders and teams build the relational foundations that sustain performance and wellbeing.

Creator of the Relación = Resultados (R=R) formula and author of the book of the same name, she is also co-author of Estrategias de Coaching Ejecutivo, one of the leading Spanish-language references in executive coaching education. Laura has spent over 25 years helping organisations across Latin America strengthen trust, communication and coordination as the basis for sustainable results. Her methodology has been implemented in industries such as banking, technology, energy and manufacturing, with clients including BASF, CitiBanamex, Telecom, YPF and Uala.

Laura’s work focuses on translating human relationships into measurable business value. She designs and facilitates programs that combine strategic clarity with relational intelligence, fostering ethical leadership, collaboration and adaptive cultures. She is a frequent international speaker at leadership and coaching conferences, recognised for her evidence-based approach that translates relational dynamics into measurable organisational outcomes.

In addition to her consulting practice, Laura directs the Executive Coaching Certification Programs, mentoring coaches and executives in applying systemic coaching to organisational contexts.
