Kathy Pavid is a Client Director, Senior Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach at CoachAdviser, specialising in leadership and management development, high performing teams, and organisational culture. She is the Director of the CoachAdviser global coaching team. Kathy is the Lead Coach on executive education programmes at the London School of Economics and Political Science, including the Achieving Leadership Excellence and Women in Leadership programmes, and faculty on executive education programmes for Duke Corporate Education.
Kathy’s clients span a broad range of industries. She has coached hundreds of professionals from mid-level managers to CEOs on both a one-to-one and team basis, including from organisations such as Apple, Salesforce, Sony, MotMac, Santander, WHO and Unicef. Kathy serves as a trusted adviser to her clients, blending powerful coaching techniques with insights and advice. She works with coaching clients on high impact communication, authentic gravitas and executive presence, leadership and personal effectiveness, strengthening teams, navigating change and difficult conversations. In addition to coaching, Kathy works with clients to design and facilitate team development workshops incorporating the collective strengths and dynamics, to empower leaders and teams to achieve peak performance.
She applies psychological profiling to drive performance and engagement across organisations and is certified in the use of Strengthscope® profiling systems, the Big Five Personality profile, and the Smart Collaboration Accelerator. Kathy’s other core focus is culture and engagement, and she works closely with management teams, HR and L&D leaders to co-create culture frameworks, provide culture audits and engagement strategies.
Kathy has her own proven track record of management excellence and building high performing teams, with a background in management development and HR. Kathy was previously Head of Retail with over a decade of experience in luxury fashion. She was responsible for driving the expansion of the business across the UK. Kathy established and managed client relationships with Harrods, Selfridges, House of Fraser and Harvey Nichols.
Kathy is accredited in Coaching and Mentoring at Senior Practitioner Level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
