Kathryn Maggs is a Leadership Consultant, Executive Coach, Facilitator and Speaker, with over 20+ years’ experience working with professionals, executives, middle management and their teams as a mentor, executive coach and corporate facilitator; generating conversations that create sustainable change through connection, clarity, confidence and creating a new path toward success.
Kathryn has over two decades’ experience working within corporate environment across a variety of industries both in the public and private sectors. She has advised leaders and teams from organisations such as BHP, Suncorp Group, Diabetes Queensland, PHN Northern Queensland, Queensland Health, and Pharmacy Guild of Australia.
Kathryn specialises in and has significant experience working with culture change, transformational behavioural change, confidence resilience, and developing high-performing conscious leaders, with a strong interest in working with professional women leaders and their teams. Her combined passion for people and leadership has led her to helping executives and their teams reach their full potential.
Kathryn volunteers with the fast-growing international Mentor Walks, a not-for-profit organisation that connects everyday women with inspiring female CEOs, Directors, Executives and Founders who are there to help women find clarity on their careers. She has also been part of the Griffith University Mentorship program for over 5 years.
Kathryn brings a different dynamic to the world of coaching and facilitation through a balance of raw honesty and humour and the ability to find creative solutions through her energetic personality, persistent curiosity and process.
