Jody Elphick is a brand strategist and copywriter with nearly 20 years’ experience of creative brand storytelling experience. She was named one of Campaign magazine’s 40 over 40 leaders, celebrated for her “noteworthy contributions to the industry, from ground-breaking work and head-turning innovations to outside-of-the-box thinking and memorable campaigns.” In the past few years, Jody has worked with organisations including Meta, Audi, Westfield and Lidl, helping them find their distinctive voice and effectively communicate through words and content.
Previously, Jody was Head of Brand at startup Callaly, where she played a pivotal role in building the brand from scratch and transforming it into a top 50 D2C company. Under her leadership, Callaly was recognised for its inclusive work in Time, Forbes, Dazed and Glamour.
Before joining Callaly she spent 15 years in the creative and strategy teams at digital agencies. She spearheaded the content division at the award-winning Aesop Agency, collaborating with brands including Lindt, Tic Tac and Finish, and served as European editor of Lexus magazine while at Story Worldwide.

Whether she’s collaborating with a big organisation to write internal values and craft a culture framework, or a startup to create social content, she draws out deeper meaning and crafts powerful copy that people really want to read.
