Kshitij Sharma has a practical experience of over 3000 hours of professional coaching. In a career spanning over two decades, he has coached hundreds of leaders from organisations such as Microsoft, JP Morgan, Wipro, Cisco, Deutsche Bank, Accenture, HSBC, KPMG, Grant Thornton, E&Y, Actuant, Voisin Bioscience, Societe General, Mercedes-Benz, Amazon, and many other international organisations.
Kshitij has a deep understanding of the challenges and aspirations of senior corporate leaders in across a vast array of C-team roles. He coaches leaders on goals spanning from priority management to emotional intelligence, business career growth to public speaking. Kshitij is a passionate advocate for women to be in leadership roles. He is well-known for coaching leaders to create powerful executive presence. Kshitij is also a Mentor-Coach and supports a lot of aspiring executive coaches in their journey to be accredited coaches.
Prior to coaching full-time, Kshitij worked in fortune 500 companies such as HSBC and GE in various training leadership roles. He led the Learning initiatives at HSBC for a global function pan South Asia. He was a Master Certified Coach at HSBC, where he upskilled and certified more than 100 coaches at HSBC over eight years across various geographies. Kshitij is driven to support leaders and be a catalyst in their journey to be more fulfilled and successful in their careers.
Kshitij is an accredited executive coach with the International Coaching Federation.
