Ebru Goksu Yildirim

Ebru Goksu Yildirim is an empowering, creative and growth-oriented executive, leadership and team coach with extensive experience coaching individuals, executives and teams. With a BA in Economics, Ebru is a marketing and communications expert with almost 20 years’ experience in advertising and marketing in the MENAT region. She has held senior corporate roles leading large businesses and teams.

In her work as a leadership and career coach, Ebru works with both individuals and teams, staying true to her purpose of ‘unlocking potential’. She is growth-oriented and a high achiever, able to meet her clients exactly where they are, holding them there just long enough to reveal how resourceful they are, and increase their capacity to grow. She works on mindset by focusing on both ‘being and doing’. and truly believes that this is the path to transformation and professional empowerment.

In addition to her leadership coaching, Ebru is a faculty member of the Academy of Executive Coaching, and works as a facilitator, coach trainer, mentor, supervisor and assessor. She coaches on executive education programmes at the London Business School.

Accredited by ICF as a Master Certified Coach and by EMCC as a Senior Practitioner, Ebru has been involved with coaching projects for organisations such as ENGIE, Nawah, Saudi Aramco, Mandarin Oriental, L’Oreal, Chanel, Saatchi & Saatchi, First Abu Dhabi Bank, RBS India, Commercial Bank International, Dubai Airports, SEWA, Dubai Future Foundation, Abu Dhabi School of Government and more.
