Dr Lindy Amos is a Leadership Consultant, Master Facilitator and Executive Coach, with over two decades of experience designing bespoke leadership and team development programs across a wide variety of industries. An accredited facilitator, Lindy has designed and facilitated thousands of developmental and strategic planning workshops across Australia and globally, partnering with organisations, leaders and teams to support them to think and act together with purpose, energy & focus.

Lindy holds a Professional Doctorate in Socioanalysis & Organisational Dynamics and a Master’s Degree (with Honours) in Organisational Dynamics and Behaviour. Lindy’s areas of expertise include emotional systems in organisational life, agile leadership, developing self-aware self-managing leaders, diversity, inclusion and belonging, human behaviour and motivation and driving systemic culture change. Her innovative doctoral research focused on the intersection of compassion and courage in leadership and the benefits of emotionally mature leadership for organisations.

Working across industries, she has advised leaders and teams from organisations such as Coles Myer, Sagility, Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, Sunrice Corporation, Exxon Mobil, InSync, Elm Fashion, Bunnings, Arena, Leadership Victoria, WorkSafe, Master Builders Association, Kangan Institute, Local Government Professionals, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Infrastructure, Good Shepherd Australia and New Zealand, Salvation Army, Peninsula Health, Bendigo Health, and multiple local government and public sector organisations in Australia.

Lindy’s work blends leadership coaching, facilitation and specialist organisational development consultancy to foster collaborative endeavours and transformational change. A regular keynote speaker and facilitator of development programmes for the Local Government and public sector industries in Australia, Lindy is sought out for her unique insight into human motivation and unlocking potential.

Lindy holds internationally recognised accreditations as a Public Participation Practitioner (US and Australia), an Analytic Coach (London), and is a teacher on the Global Faculty of Integrative Enneagram Solutions, based in South Africa. She is accredited in various psychometric profiling systems, designed to enhance performance, well-being and productivity.

Lindy is a Master Trainer and co-author of a uniquely Australian made psychometric profile The WID Factor, Why I Do What I do, and has been the recipient of two public sector industry awards for her outstanding work in promoting accessible and inclusive organisational cultures.
