Claire Khattar

Claire Khattar is an EMCC-accredited executive coach, with over 20 years’ of extensive and diverse experience across practical management and leadership expertise in the MENA region in a range of functions and industries. With an international coaching and change management background, Claire has successfully led many strategic and operational projects in HR and business operations. These have included restructuring, performance management, digital transformation, remote work implementation, employee engagement, talent and leadership development as well as change management.

Claire’s ability to navigate diverse cultures and foster inclusivity has been instrumental in her success as a leader and coach. She is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where clients can address performance and leadership challenges. Her ultimate aim is to catalyse transformative growth, guiding clients toward realising their strengths and achieving their leadership aspirations.

With a bachelor’s degree in public administration from the American University of Beirut and a master’s degree in HR Global Management from the University of Liverpool, Claire is a proud member of both the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the Global International Community of Coaches, where she contributes to the advancement of coaching practices and standards. She is further advancing her expertise by pursuing an executive master in Coaching and Consulting for Change at INSEAD, with completion expected in October 2024.
