Camila Bonavito

Camila Bonavito is a dynamic executive and team coach, with PCC and ACTC credentials from the International Coaching Federation. She is a learning facilitator, mentor and supervisor for coaches and consultants, with a professional background that includes 14 years as a wealth management executive in investment banks in both Brazil and Switzerland. She draws on this experience to enrich her consultancy and coaching practice with a deep understanding of corporate dynamics.

For the past 13 years, Camila has designed and delivered tailored solutions to support every stage of leadership, team and organisational development. She has spent over 2,000 hours facilitating in-company programs of different sizes across a broad range of sectors. Camila designed and trained one of the first CCE programmes credentialed by the International Coaching Federation in Brazil (CNV4coaches). She also developed a Non-Violent Communication programme for leaders and groups (CNV4Leaders), from which 1,000 leaders have already graduated. Other qualifications and credentials include an MBA in Leadership & People Management, and certification in Consulting and Change and in Supervision for Coaching & Consultancy from the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in London.
