Antonella Costanzelli

Antonella is an executive coach and consultant specialising in leadership and talent development. Her career as coach, facilitator and business consultant spans 15 years, working with many international organisations. Most of her coaching experience is with executives, students and teams from major international organisations and universities. Her clients value her confidence, compassion and willingness to challenge them in order to unlock their potentials.

As an executive coach, Antonella’s experience includes coaching executives who are facing challenges of new roles or during time of uncertainty and changes, leaders who want to enhance their leadership skills, develop their emotional and social intelligence competencies, or change their careers. She has also been coaching teams and facilitating sessions with cross cultural systems. She has 10 years’ consulting experience (Accenture) first as a change consultant and then as a senior manager, working with global companies and leaders supporting them through cultural changes and business transformations, and as an internal trainer and coach.

Among her clients there are companies in sectors such as oil & gas and utilities, automotive, IT services and telecoms, pharma and consumer goods. She brings a wealth of commercial and international corporate experience that enables her to connect and positively impact her clients in dynamic and complex contexts.

Her professional coaching experience includes serving as a Professional Leadership Coach and Faculty at the London Business School (LBS), TRIUM Executive MBA programme (LSE) and LUISS University in Rome. Antonella is the winner of the Accenture People Transformer Award, a System and Relationship Coach, Professional Certified Coach with ICF, Co-Active Coach, and has a Honours degree in Economics. She is certified in a number of profiling tools and trained in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. Antonella speaks basic Spanish, good French, fluent English and Italian.
