Anita Li

Anita Li is a professional executive coach, certified with the ICF (PCC) and is in the process of applying for certification as a master coach. Her work and coaching are anchored in a deep respect for individual difference; she seeks to embrace authentic leadership and to foster authenticity in the workplace for the organisations she supports.

Anita works with clients to help them maximise their potential, connect to their values and exercise their signature strength. Their feedback has been that they have felt empowered to project into a positive future and translate their passions into concrete action plans. Anita aims above all to draw out the best in her clients and help them achieve lasting and sustainable success and fulfilment.

With a business background as an accountant, Anita then went on to work for several top-tier investment banks as financial director, CFO for China and country treasurer. She has strong team leadership experience. In her 16 years with Morgan Stanley, Anita led a multicultural team of 50 people to support growth in the Asia region, receiving the bank’s CFO award on four separate occasions.

Anita has coached across a wide range of industries and sectors including banking, insurance, hospitality, marketing, communications, utility companies and has worked in higher education. She holds a master’s degree in counselling and is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Anita’s areas of teaching and coaching expertise include leadership impact, new leaders, coaching for enhanced performance and wellbeing and leadership development for cultural change. She is used to working across different cultures and speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
