Anita Krammig is a PCC-certified executive coach and leadership consultant with over a decade of experience empowering leaders and teams to thrive in complexity, foster resilience and create meaningful impact. She works with C-suite executives, senior leaders and high-potential talent across a range of industries including the automotive, healthcare, technology, media and entertainment sectors.

Known for her warm, collaborative style, Anita helps clients gain clarity, confidence, and presence while navigating change, building inclusive cultures and leading with authenticity. Clients often describe her as a steady, open hand — creating a safe, reflective space where bold thinking and authentic leadership can emerge.

Anita’s approach integrates systemic and solution-focused coaching, neuroscience and positive psychology with design thinking and vertical development. Before founding her coaching practice, Anita co-led an innovation consultancy, where she guided organisations in adopting agile processes and human-centered strategies for transformation. She also designed and facilitated global leadership programs, including a flagship initiative for over 3,500 executives on ‘The Future of Leadership’.

Anita’s multicultural upbringing across four countries and her fluency in English, German, and Croatian give her a strong global outlook and appreciation for diversity. She is an active member of the Climate Coaching Alliance and Humanitarian Coaching Network and serves on the Board of Directors of ICF Germany.
