Andy Stoker is an Executive Coach and Programme Faculty with 25 years’ experience of building and nurturing diverse and globally distributed teams and leading cultural change programs. Andy was a leader in one of the world’s most respected IT businesses for over 15 years, responsible for his area’s vision, strategy and people development.
Andy has been successful in helping leaders to engage, empower and harness the strengths within their teams – building and sustaining social capital through intentional collaboration across organisations. An experienced Change Director, Andy has led complex cultural change programs, and currently sits on the judging panel of the Business Culture Awards
Andy has a broad background in engineering, knowledge management, global leadership, practice development and cultural leadership.
He has developed global engineering, consulting and enablement practices and led the formation of new business capabilities in order to satisfy complex customer needs.
Andy is a talented and highly creative facilitator and Design Thinking practitioner. Andy has helped individuals and businesses to establish rich metaphors and clear visualisation of future states. He specialises in establishing purpose, employee engagement and intentional collaboration. Andy draws on a wide range of coaching tools and techniques to support his clients in achieving their personal and professional goals.
Andy is an accredited Executive Coach and Mentor with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council at Practitioner Level, a member of the CoachAdviser faculty team on the Executive Coach-Adviser course, and a certified practitioner for Gardner & Co’s ‘Smart Collaboration Accelerator’.
