Rachel Wallins is an executive coach, learning and development specialist, and change management leader with over 25 years of experience driving business success through people. She has held senior positions at Deloitte & Touche, MTV Networks, Ketchum Public Relations, L’Occitane en Provence, Ross Stores and The Children’s Place.

 

Rachel has designed and facilitated a wide range of offsites designed to help leaders create strategy and training programs with teams to drive overall effectiveness and productivity. She provides individual coaching that helps clients identify their obstacles to performance and the success factors that ensure they achieve their true potential.

 

As a leader of talent management and organisational development functions, Rachel she worked closely with the executives to build and deploy multi-year strategies that supported business results needed for companies to succeed in the long term. She managed communication and engagement functions to help build and sustain culture change and increase company retention and productivity.

 

Rachel is certified in various profiling tools including Hogan, DiSC, Myers-Briggs (MBTI), Social Styles, EQi, FIRO-B and the Honey and Mumford Learning Styles Assessment and holds a Post-Master’s Certification in Organizational Development at The New School University. She completed her coaching certification in NYC.
