Dr Paul Brewerton is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and specialist in the strengths approach. With over 20 years experience, Paul has coached and advised thousands of business leaders across a wide range of sectors, with clients including Aston Business School, Balfour Beatty, Lenovo, NATO, Natural History Museum, Novartis, Oracle, Panasonic, Police Service of Northern Ireland, Royal Air Force, Santander, Takeda and Tesco.

Paul has a PhD from Surrey University and is a Founding Member of the Association of Business Psychologists. He is invited to speak globally on the strengths approach including at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and his work has been published in the British Journal of Management, International Review of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Personnel Psychology and Human Resource Management, and Strategic HR Review. Paul is founder and CEO of Strengthscope ™ and co-author of Optimize Your Strengths.
