Patrycja Sowa is a Psychologist and accredited Executive Coach. She works with a wide range of professionals to help them grow in their roles, deliver exceptional results and ensure they have a strong, positive impact. Patrycja has worked with professionals from a wide range of organisations such as IBM, J.P. Morgan, AXA and the NHS. Patrycja is certified in the use of the Strengthscope® profiling system, and runs coaching and workshops around this to enable professionals to overcome blocks to their performance, enhance their strengths and drive engagement. Patrycja works with global leaders as a coach on the Achieving Leadership Excellence programme at the London School of Economics.
Patrycja has a strong background in research on confidence, self-leadership, influence, communication, collaboration and many other key aspects of professional development. She brings these powerful insights into her coaching and workshops to share best-practices and tools with her clients. Patrycja is not only an experienced coach but trains professionals to coach others. She is a facilitator on the Executive Coach-Adviser course, working with senior professionals to develop their own coaching and mentoring skills.
Patrycja has a Masters’ in Psychology from Kingston University, has completed the Coaching in Business course at City University, and is an accredited in Coaching and Mentoring with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She is passionate about helping people to discover and apply their unique strengths in their workplace, build their confidence, achieve ambitious goals, overcome barriers and further their careers. Patrycja is a Consultant Psychologist at CoachAdviser, working with clients globally.
