Kimberley Rayman is a principal consultant, executive coach and executive education facilitator, and is Director of Programmes at CoachAdviser. She coaches and advises mid-career through to board-level clients, working with them to achieve individual, team and organisational goals. Kimberley leads consulting projects, particularly in the areas of leadership development, collaboration and change management, to drive transformation. Kimberley oversees and teaches on the Executive CoachAdviser Course (open programme) and the Leader as Coach and Mentor course (for in-house leaders) – both of which accredit mid- senior professionals in coaching and mentoring. Kimberley’s role at CoachAdviser brings together Kimberley’s deep skills and experience over 20 years of coaching, consulting and programme management.
Kimberley’s extensive experience in leading and delivering complex change programmes includes her time at Accenture, where she brought together cross-functional collaborative teams to deliver IT, business and change consulting across many different industry groups and geographies. Kimberley also seconded to Accenture’s not-for-profit arm to lead organisational change programmes for NGOs in South America and South East Asia.
At The Natural History Museum in London, Kimberley oversaw and co-ordinated the delivery of Darwin Centre 2, a new wing which puts the museum’s scientists and research on view to the public. She led culture change, a critical success factor of the programme involving significant new ways of working for the Museum staff, as well as reporting to the Board of Trustees and government auditors
Kimberley trained in Executive Coaching in 2009, and she regularly coaches for Professional Services firms, corporates and NGOs. She is a coach on the Achieving Leadership Excellence programme at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Kimberley is passionate about supporting returners to work.
Kimberley has a degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University, is accredited in Coaching and Mentoring with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and is a member of the International Coach Federation. Kimberley is also certified in the use of Strengthscope® profiling systems.
