Jacqueline is a leadership coach and change mentor for individuals who are actively working to make a positive difference. She has over 30 years’ experience in senior management and consulting roles and her coaching and mentoring are informed by her own significant experience in strategic planning, change management, and leadership development.
Jacqueline’s clients are diverse and based across Europe, Africa and Asia. They typically work in the international development, UK charity, social business and education sectors. She coaches and mentors professionals who are leading major change in their organisation or stepping into leadership for the first time or into a bigger leadership role; looking for ways to make a greater contribution; want to create a positive future from challenging circumstances; or, are at a crossroads and wanting to clarify future choices.
Jacqueline’s early career was in systems development, project management, and sales and marketing in the information technology sector, followed by organisational, team and leadership development with an international management consultancy. She has worked independently as a management consultant since 2004 and qualified as a coach in 2009.
Jacqueline is accredited with the EMCC as a Coach Practitioner and has worked with hundreds of professionals.
