Hande Yaşargil
Hande Yasargil is an executive coach and leadership development consultant. As an executive coach for the INSEAD Global Leadership Center, Hande has spent over 10 years as a regular contributor to executive education programmes including the Global Executive MBA. She is the Leadership Development Practice Director at INSEAD for programs such as the International Directors Programme. Hande’s expertise includes leadership psychology, group dynamics at the board level, women in leadership, and family business.
A leader in the HR and coaching professions, Hande served in Vice President and Board Member roles in PERYON (the Turkish Personnel Management Association) and in the Executive Committee of the European Associations of Personnel Management. She was the Founding President of The European Mentoring and Coaching Council, Turkey. In cooperation with Forbes, she initiated a non-profit programme, The Cross Company Mentoring Program for More Women on Boards, and now she serves as the founding chair of the Women on Board Association of Turkey.
Hande holds a B.A. in Psychology, an M.A. in Human Resources Management and is a graduate of INSEAD’s Executive Masters in Coaching and Consulting for Change. She completed a certification programme at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government on Leadership Development and has worked on Group Dynamics at Board Level at the Tavistock Institute.
