Dr Emma Soane

Assistant Professor, London School of Economics

Dr Emma Soane is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and has a PhD in Psychology. She specialises in leadership, personality, risk and engagement. Emma lectures in organisational behaviour and leadership at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She also teaches on the Executive MBA and the Executive Global Master’s in Management at the LSE. She was formerly a research fellow at London Business School and a senior lecturer then reader at Kingston Business School. Emma has consulted to a range of private and public sector organisations and has travelled and worked in more than 40 countries.
