Dan McCormack
Dan is a seasoned leader and executive coach with experience that includes strategy, change management, financial and operational leadership across a range of industries. Dan spent over twenty years as the lead administrator at Skadden Boston Office with operating results consistently at the forefront of the firm’s standards. Achievements include successfully mentoring staff into effective managers while motivating others to achieve their career goals and managing a change project which was viewed as the firm’s most successful office relocation including leading to improvements in employee morale and engagement.
Prior to the legal field, Dan served three years on the Board of Directors and as CFO for Mattapan Community Health Center. During that time, Dan demonstrated his leadership and organisational development skills as he wrote and implemented the strategic plan that eliminated the prior years of operational deficiencies and strengthened the organisation’s ability to provide new and expanded services to the local community. Dan’s career began in the banking sector, where his responsibilities successfully progressed to responsibility for credit risk management for $100 million in bank assets.
Dan brings this wealth of experience in leadership to support his coaching clients. He is an Accredited Certified Coach (ICF), is accredited in the Smart Collaboration Accelerator and a member of the coaching and facilitation team in North America with CoachAdviser. He holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a BSc from Northeastern University.
