Cristina Taboada coaches executives and entrepreneurs to incubate new ideas, accelerate transitions, and drive growth. Cristina coaches senior leaders in Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School, is a member of the coaching and facilitation team in North America at CoachAdviser, and advises leaders globally in English, Spanish, and French.
A former Corporate Innovation Director and expert in design thinking, Cristina brings 20 years of experience combining strategy and psychology to help teams cultivate insights and anchor long-term visions in a clear process and next steps. Over the last two decades, Cristina has been active in the field and in the boardroom as the innovation design process evolved. Building on her strong design-thinking expertise, she works with coaching clients in a way that enables leaders to approach goals like designers approach products. She uses an inquiry-driven approach to facilitate greater awareness, alignment, engagement, and performance—transforming individual contributions into organisational synergies. Cristina enables clients to prototype new mindsets and behaviours, take calculated risks, and fail forward, reaching higher levels of learning, collaboration, and impact.
Born in the United States, raised in Latin America, worked over a decade in Europe, Cristina is a Fulbright Scholar, holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, is a certified coach through ICF and Immunity To Change.
