Kimberley Rayman is a senior consultant, coach and is Director of Programmes. Kimberley has a huge range of experience in leading and delivering complex change programmes. She was a Senior Manager at Accenture, bringing together cross-functional collaborative teams, in the Customer Relationship Management practice to deliver IT, business and change consulting across many different industry groups and geographies.
Kimberley went on to become Programme Manager of the delivery of Darwin Centre 2, a £78M new wing of the Natural History Museum in London which puts the museum’s scientists and research on view to the public. Kimberley was responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating the delivery, reporting to the Board of Trustees and government auditors. She identified culture change as being critical to the project’s success and established a workstream to facilitate this.
Kimberley then went on to train in Executive Coaching, in order to further support leaders and professionals in driving change and achieving personal and collective goals.
Kimberley’s role at CoachAdviser brings together her deep skills and experience of coaching, consulting and project management, which enable her, in working closely together with clients to facilitate powerful transformation.
Kimberley has a degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University, and is a member of the International Coach Federation, trained in Professional Coaching by Coaching Development.
