How does the Executive Coach-Adviser Programme work?

Each virtual module is broken down into segments, each around 10 – 15 mins long. They are available on demand, so you can review them at any time that fits your schedule. Each segment concludes with an action for you to implement what you have been learning. Course notes can be personalised and downloaded. You then book yourself onto a live group seminar. These are also recorded for on-demand viewing.

How do I access my course?

Once you have registered for your course, you will receive a confirmation email with your log-in details. If you have registered for a course which has not yet started, you will be able to log in and view your course once it has launched.

Who can take a Coach-Adviser Course? Is it only for executives?

The Executive Coach-Adviser Programme is open to experienced senior leaders with or without a coaching background. If you have already undertaken a coaching qualification you are able to enrol directly into the Coach-Adviser course. For participants without a coaching qualification, if accepted onto the Programme, you will be automatically enrolled into both the Coaching for Leaders and Coach-Adviser courses.
