Teaching Topics

The following topics are covered in CoachAdviser’s Courses.

Our Approach

Accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (Visit the EMCC) for global participants. Rather than having to independently follow through your post-course accreditation as a coach, EMCC accreditation is built into the Executive Coach-Adviser courses.

The faculty team have extensive experience and are practicing Executive Coach-Advisers who work with leaders and teams and run executive education programmes globally.

Meet our faculty team here.

Interactive live learning experiences with face-to-face and virtual sessions, extensive coaching practice, faculty supervision and peer feedback. Practical seminars and online learning such as Leadership Styles & Effectiveness with Professor Connson Locke (LSE)

Rather than being solely a coach-training organisation, we are an active coaching and leadership development consultancy, working with global clients across a broad range of industries. This enables us to provide real-world insights, practical advice to participants about building a successful career, and introduce participants into the leadership development and coaching field.

Upon completion, participants are ready to work internally within their organisation or externally with clients to offer coaching, advice and mentoring, applying their new professional skills whilst building on their extensive experience. This strongly positions our participants for success in the busy coaching market. We work with participants to identify and position their own unique offering.

Participants join the CoachAdviser Community – an active group of experienced professionals supported by CoachAdviser in their continued professional development. The community includes discussion forums, teaching and interviews with industry experts.

The Course Faculty

The Founder and Academic Director of the CoachAdviser courses is Dr Rebecca Newton, Organisational Psychologist and Senior Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics.
The faculty are experienced, practising Executive Coach-Advisers and coach-trainers who work globally with leaders and teams across a wide range of industries.
“With over 25 years organisational development consulting experience I wanted an interesting course but hadn’t expected to come out with much more than the coaching qualification. The whole experience has been tremendously enhanced by the high calibre of cohorts which CoachAdviser brings together.”
