Your accreditation as a Coach and Mentor with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) is
included within this course and is recognised internationally.

There are two routes to gain accreditation:

Leadership Coach and Mentor Course for in-house leaders

Executive Coach-Adviser Course for a career in coaching and mentoring

  • Leadership Coach and Mentor Course

    Fully virtual incl. live teaching and supervised practice

    3-months part-time

  • Aimed at:

    Mid-senior professionals seeking to stretch their career to coach,
    advise and mentor.

     

    In-house leaders looking to enhance their coaching & mentoring
    skills to develop their teams and embed a coaching culture
    within their organisation.

  • The Advantage:

     

    We draw on the latest research and leadership frameworks
    which enable you to coach and mentor others to drive growth,
    engagement and performance.

     

    Coaching and mentoring are taught as being part of the
    wider organisational context and relational dynamics,
     rather than as an exchange in isolation.

     

    This course is designed for professionals working full-time,
    taking account of demanding schedules.

     

    The course is fully virtual with live teaching and supervised
    faculty feedback     to ensure a powerful course experience.

     

    Upon successful completion you are accredited in Coaching
    and Mentoring     with the EMCC (Foundation level).

     

    Your learning positions you to facilitate a coaching and
    mentoring culture,     and you become part of the

  • Executive Coach-Adviser Course

    Fully virtual incl. live teaching and supervised practice

    6-months part-time

  • Aimed at:

    Existing coaches, mentors and consultants looking to
    deepen their skills and gain accreditation.

     

    Mid-senior professionals seeking to pivot
    their career to coach, advise and mentor
    internally or externally.

    This course positions you as a senior coach and mentor by incorporating
    and building on your existing experience and personal expertise.

     

    You will develop your own unique coaching framework to strongly

    • Accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (Visit the EMCC) for global participants. Rather than having to independently follow through your post-course accreditation as a coach, EMCC accreditation is built into the Executive Coach-Adviser courses.

The Course Faculty

The Founder and Academic Director of the CoachAdviser courses is Dr Rebecca Newton, Organisational Psychologist and Senior Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics.

The faculty are experienced, practising Executive Coach-Advisers and coach-trainers who work globally with leaders and teams across a wide range of industries.

Both the Executive and Leadership courses can also be run in-house.
