Partner Development Programme

SITUATION & CHALLENGE

Our client was a UK-based professional services firm of financial, actuarial and business consultants. They are committed to providing Partners with tailored development opportunities to increase their skills and ability in winning new clients, strengthening existing client relationships and enabling continued strong firm growth.  

SCOPE OF WORK

CoachAdviser worked closely with the CEO, Senior Partners and Business Development leaders to design a programme which provided participants with in-person group development experiences.

We ensured the programme was highly integrated into the business, and as such included not only expert CoachAdviser faculty but also a wide range of internal panellists to share insights and best practices.

Participants were additionally provided with one-to-one coaching and peer knowledge sharing opportunities.

IMPACT AND RESULTS

This programme provided Partners with practical tools and strategies to build their influence, expand their personal network, develop their personal brand and increase their gravitas to maximise new and existing client opportunities.

They were equipped with frameworks to prepare for important meetings and presentations, given profiling opportunities to understand more about their personal style and how to adapt when working with clients, and were more confident to take the lead on significant client projects and drive firm growth.
