Our client was a global management consultancy, with leaders working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
They required support for talent moving quickly up through the organisation, to prepare people for promotion and transition into new leadership roles.
Future and transitioning leaders were high achievers with deep expertise, faced with a heavy workload and high expectations.
SCOPE OF WORK
CoachAdviser provided one-to-one coaching to equip internal promotions to manager and senior manager levels, to prepare them for transition into their new/more senior leadership roles.
We conducted detailed profiles for each candidate to equip them and their leaders with insights into their strengths, potential risks and areas for development.
CoachAdviser co-created development plans for each individual.
We worked with leaders on areas such as adapting their leadership styles, communicating with impact, outworking personal values, understanding motivations, and risks of pushing too hard/’over-resilience’.
IMPACT AND RESULTS
Multiple Director posts were filled by internal candidates who had received coaching to prepare them for the process, interviews and their future senior leadership roles to grow the organisation.
Young leaders were better equipped to lead teams to deliver high impact work in challenging situations.
