Embedding Development through Coaching
SITUATION & CHALLENGE
CoachAdviser worked with a UN agency whose leaders work in an extremely high-pressured environment with significant global responsibilities.
They were seeking to strengthen their dedicated, global leadership team and provide support for these high achieving individual leaders.
SCOPE OF WORK
CoachAdviser designed and facilitated a leadership team offsite focusing on leadership well-being and fostering healthy teams.
We then embedded this learning by providing all leaders with one-to-one coaching.
Coaches were from global locations and worked with their leader coachees to identify personal goals, challenges and opportunities to increase personal leadership well-being and drive healthy team cultures.
IMPACT AND RESULTS
This programme provided the UN agency leaders with the opportunity to reflect on their leadership styles, address their own well-being and create practices that foster positive leadership sustainability.
