SITUATION & CHALLENGE
Our client was a UK professional services firm, getting ready for the first time private equity sale.
The founder and Chairman was exiting the business and the CEO and C-team were getting ready for the potential investor meetings.
SCOPE OF WORK
CoachAdviser conducted one-to-one meetings with each of the C-team members.
We then provided multiple C-team group coaching and advice sessions to equip the C-team to be ready for investor discussions.
IMPACT AND RESULTS
The C-team were able to clearly and seamlessly articulate the strengths and opportunities of the business to potential investors.
After successful meetings and due diligence processes, the sale was agreed to a private equity firm.
The firm has seen consistent and rapid growth in the three years since the sale, with CoachAdviser continuing to support the CEO and Management Team on leadership and firm development.
