Anthony Mitchell

Following an early career in advertising Anthony spent the last 25 years as a leadership coach, mediator and facilitator working with business leaders and their senior teams in the UK, Europe, Asia and the US.

Clients have included Allen & Overy, Canon, Colliers International, Dixons Carphone, Deutsche Bank, Ericsson, Herbert Smith Freehills, Intercontinental Hotel Group, The Man Group, Microsoft, Motorola, National Express, UBS, Viasat. Anthony holds an MA in Psychological Coaching and is a CEDR accredited mediator.

With individuals, Anthony’s work is about providing a safe yet challenging reflective space in which people can test ideas and explore their own development. Benefits experienced are typically in raised levels of awareness, confidence and skill in the areas of leadership thinking and influence, emotional intelligence and the management of relationships, time and stress. His approach recognises that people truly grow and develop only as a result of their own decisions; decisions made in response to increases in their own awareness and new insights.

With teams the focus is typically on developing more cohesive ways of working. This can include alignment around strategy, establishing shared values and cultural approach and developing the communication skills to manage differences constructively.
